MULK - A Nation Of Food
Mulk - All new place in Andheri to satisfy your desi food tastebuds . With an excellent line-up of food in their menu they would surely never disappoint you in any of their food and drinks section.
Talking about the ambience its quite a royal space with some amazing wall arts and artefacts hung over there. The seating here is for approx. 60 people . Each table has its own space where in no customer from one table would be disturbed by another.
There is a transparent glass to the kitchen space from where you can see the tandoors being made and your dish being presented for you.
Lets hop on to the food which I tried here and I would surely Recommend :
1) Roomali Khakra : Huge khakra topped with some masalas and a lottt of CHEESEEEE!!! Amazing in taste and a very good filler and pleasing to eyes as well.
2) Paneer Tikka Multani : Very nicely made dish out of fresh paneer sandwiched with veggies and some cheese as well. A very good starter for Vegeterians.
3) Tandoori Jinga : Medium sized prawns marinated with some north Indian masalas which seafood eater would love.
4) Chicken Ruzali Kebab : One of the best starters here which I had . Juicy inside and tandoori outside. Perfectly made and tastes amazing. Dont forget to try this .
5) Mutton Seekh Kebab : One of the hardest items to crack out in any restaurants as the preparation of the kebab is the most important part . Perfect masalas and I am sure they must have used atleast 12-15 types of masalas while the prep. Must try.
6) Cheese Makhani : Something unique that I had for the first time. Its was cheese cubes in gravy. A typical chicken / paneer makhani gravy but with cheese cubes.
7) Butter Chicken : I would say a perfect Butter chicken because it wasn't that sweet but a perfect taste of butter chicken which I guess not many people are used to.
8) Dal Makhani : A perfect Dal Makhani . That's it !!
9) Rasmalai Biscuit : Something unique as rasmalai is layered between biscuits . For the first time your tastebud wont accept it but this one is really good.
10) Kulfi : Basic Malai kulfis which were really good.
To conclude this amazing expierence of mine at Mulk I would just say that its one of the places in Mumbai where you can be sure about the food no matter what you order.
Great Expierence and I hope that this place reaches at the level where it deserves.
