With regards to Lucknow and Mathura sustenance, the eatery has even acquired extraordinary experienced gourmet experts from the distinctive states itself. This acquires the correct taste and feel of the nourishment they serve.

I tried many dishes but one stand out dish was :
Galawat Kebab
Minced meat with fragrance/flavors and beautiful surface presented with mint chutney and Onions. Nothing can turn out badly. Murg Zafrani and Burg Tikka were Tandoored well and had the perfect Flavors

Specially appreciated Chef Anupam and his team For this effort of arranging so many dishes under a single roof .

To end the experience I tried the hot and freshly made jalebis with cold rabdi over it. The nirvana which you achieve at the first bite itself is amazing.

Overall the Service and food quality which you get at just 1999 is superb.

I hope Sahara Star arranges these type of festivals again very soon.
